It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John E. Shmidheiser (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Glenside, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 26, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Edward Shmidheiser and Mary Armstrong Shmidheiser; and his brother William F. Shmidheiser. He is survived by: his sister Lynne Shmidheiser Rinius; his brother-in-law Al Rinius; and his nephews, Jamison Shmidheiser (Marlow), Nicholas Rinius (Amy) and Andrew Rinius (Jill). He is also survived by great niece, two great nephews and numerous cousins.
