It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Ruger (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in Brooklyn, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Ruger; her parents, Francis Hagger and Gladys Hagger (Orth); and her brother James Hagger (Patricia). She is survived by: her daughter Joy Fish (Ronald) of Wooddale; her grandchildren, Heather Cramer (Chad) of Stroudsburg, David Fish (Jason Day) of Rockville, MD and Kimberly Peters (Jacob) of Conshohocken; her great grandchildren, Reed and Louisa Peters of Conshohocken; and her sister Frances Ball of Allentown. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
