He is survived by: his daughter Olivia Kishbaugh; his sisters, Amy Kishbaugh and Dawn Kishbaugh; his niece Hannah Belhaj; his nephews, Caeser and Zayn Belhaj; his cousins, Brad, Gregory Miller, Connie Hartley (Robert), Pamela Tolbert (Johnny) of Florida, Chris Kishbaugh (Heather) of North Carolina, Sarah, Crystal, Brady and Jessie Kishbaugh of Stroudsburg; and his aunt Debbie Miller (Greg) of Stroudsburg.
