He is survived by: his wife Loretta (Huber); his children, Christopher Horn (Donna) of Stroudsburg, PA., Michael Horn (Denise) of Effort, PA., Maria Horn (Kevin) of Wooddale, PA. and Stephen Horn of Wooddale, PA.; his grandsons, Derek (Alyssa), Adam (Megan), Michael, Matthew and Jeremy (Jasmine); and his great grandchildren, Jaylie and Clementine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
