He was predeceased by: his parents, Henriette Franck and Fernand Labye; and his siblings, Gisele Labye, Guy Labye of Belgium, Fernand Labye of Belgium and Roland Labye of Belgium.
He is survived by: his wife Lacia Labye; his daughter Rose Navarro (Tony); his grandchildren, Ava Navarro, Grant Navarro and Isaiah Navarro; and his stepdaughters, Kathy Francis (Bruce) and Carolina Fernandez.
