He is survived by: his wife LuAnn Walter (Plotts); his children, Patrick Howarth (Julie), Matthew Walter (Megan), Shannon Howarth, Jessica Walter-Milam (Alex) and Kristina Adkins (Scott); his brother Fred Walter; and his grandchildren, Gaven, Katelyn, Kylee, Cameron, Collin, McCoy and Ryker.
