He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Hamill and Mollie Hamill (Lahr); his siblings, Robert Hamill (Jane), Thomas Hamill (Mary), George Hamill (Phyllis), Michael Ritter and Rhoda Cramer (Olin); and his cousins, Robert Jr., Jeffrey, Leigh (Richard) and David "Zeke" Lahr.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy (Pitz); his pets, Darby, Troy, Bob and Kitty; and his cousins, Patricia (Lou), Carl (Jill), Anne, Joel (Terry), Andy, Nancy and Michael Lahr. He is also survived by many loving friends and former coworkers.
