He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter W. Culp and Louise Culp (Hughes); and his sister Janet Windeweedle. He is survived by: his close friend Deborah M. Hosking of East Bangor; his son Adam J. Sikora of Oklahoma City; his aunts, Wanda and Lois; his cousin James; and his nephew Jason.
