He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Puthupallil and Sosamma Daniel; and his wife Mariamma Daniel. He is survived by: his family Daniel Appachan; his son George (April); his grandchildren, Samuel and Priyana; his daughter Susan (George Kalarikkal); his grandson Philip (Sherin); his great grandchildren, Lilian and Rayanne; his grandchildren, Christina (Gregory McCutchen) and James (Kimberlee Letizi); his great grandchildren, Layla and Chase; his son John (Usha); his grandchildren, Sareena, Anisa and Kiran; and his sisters, Aleyamma Eapen of Chengannur, Mary Thomas of Perth Australia and Anne Koshy of Dayton, OH. He is also survived by several cousins, nephews, nieces, and many relatives.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association or a worthy cause of your choice.
