He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana C. Cooper and Mildred K. Cooper (Schultz). He is survived by: his wife Elaine L. Cooper (Tibben) of East Stroudsburg, PA.; his brother John H. Cooper; his sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Cooper and Lois Stangohr; his children, Denise Cooper and Karl Cooper; and his grandchildren, Huntly and Mac Cooper. He is also survived by five nieces and a nephew.
