She was predeceased by: her husband Fred W. Clark, Jr.; her parents, Norman Girling and Freida Girling (Hilton); her daughter Donna Katzmire; her daughter-in-law Lodi Clark; and her granddaughter Kimberly Morrison.
She is survived by: her children, Saundra D. Kintner (John) of Stroud Township and David F. Clark (Lori) of Elkland; and her son-in-law Jack Katzmire of Grantville. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
