Owens (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 11, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James F. Owens; her parents, Steward Walters and Hazel Walters (Dinger); and her sister Gloria Coco. She is survived by: her children, Susan M. Crowley (Jeffrey) of East Stroudsburg, James S. Owens (Carol) of Dingmans Ferry and Ann L. Blubaugh of Wildwood, NJ; her grandchildren, Melissa Owens of East Stroudsburg, Steven Owens (Sara) of Milford, Abbien Ciucci (Marc) of Collingswood, NJ, Benjamin Crowley (Taylor), Ashley Blubaugh (Kyle) of Glassboro, NJ and Shawn Blubaugh of Deptford, NJ; and her great grandchildren, Kyle Lindsay, Liam James Owen, Ireland Kathleen Owens, Archer Jeffrey Cuicci, Sonny Francis Ciucci and Coleson James Crowley. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
