She was predeceased by: her parents, James Kenney and Lillian Rose Kenney (George); and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her husband Theol Arthur Gower of Stroudsburg; her daughter Renee Ann Valovich (Mark) of Stroudsburg; her grandsons, Matthew and Jacob Valovich; and her siblings, Colleen A. Coco (Lorenzo) of Stroudsburg, Connie Eustice of Spartanburg, SC and Jimmy Kenney of East Stroudsburg. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
