He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Nelly Ortiz; his parents, Rafael Ortiz and Lorenza Ortiz; his children, Evelyn Santos, Erlin Santos-Dixon and Joe Ortiz (Maria); and his grandchildren, Isaiah, Elly of Eva, CJ, Edward IV, Christian and Eisa.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph J. Pula Funeral Home, Inc. (23 N 9th St, Stroudsburg, PA 18360). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Matthew's Parish (78 Ridgeway St, East Stroudsburg, PA 18301).
