She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel; and her brother Larry. She is survived by: her husband Bill O'Brien; her father Edwin Longacre; her siblings, Sherry Longacre and Richard Hall (Dickie); her children, Sean Richard (Amy), Dixie, Michelle and Tirzah (John); her grandchildren, Sean Richard Jr. of Phill, II, Dylan, Dakota, Gabriel, Ethan, Elijah, Evan, Bryan, Nicholas, Michael and Jessica; and her great grandchildren, Phill III, Hunter, Jaiden and Tayla.
In lieu of flowers she requested donations be sent to 200 St Luke's infusion center 3rd floor.
