She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Webster and Johanna Webster; and her husband Michael A. Pilcher. She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Pilcher (Cindy) of Stroudsburg, PA and Ian Pilcher (Carolyn) of Ellicott City, MD. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
