It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clara M. (Tarnacki) McHugh of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 27, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert P McHugh Jr.; and her parents, Mary Tarnacki (Hupka) and Thomas Tarnacki. She is survived by: her sisters, Veronica Gorczyca and Josephine Melnick; her children, Hubert McHugh III (Linda), Michael T McHugh (Patricia), Joseph McHugh (Rose), Barry McHugh (Kathy), Linda (John Garrison), Virginia (Steve Knopf), Marie (Joe Strunk) and Claire (Lynn Marks); her brothers, John and Thomas Tarnacki Jr.; and her grandsons, Shaun Patrick McHugh and Matthew Spence Marks.
