Hopkins Sr. of Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 27, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hopkins and Helen Hopkins (Marsh); and his son Frankie Joe Hopkins. He is survived by: his wife Linda N. (Singer); his children, Charles R. Hopkins, Jr. and Tammy Lynn Hopkins; his grandchildren, Charles R Hopkins III, Colby Hopkins, Katie Hopkins, Kourtney Hopkins and Koury Hopkins; and his siblings, Joseph T. Hopkins, Nancy Lentz and Linda Englert. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
