It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles F. Clapper (Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania), born in East Stroudsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2021, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellery M. Clapper and Delores Clapper (Hay); his son David; and his siblings, Sherwood Clapper and Betty Brown.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte L. Clapper (Halterman); his daughter Kimberlee Mae Clapper; and his sister Doris Hineline. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, a memorial service will be planned for a future date.
