Smith of Stroud Township and Sherry Pervan (Boris) of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Ana Pervan and Nikolas Pervan; and her siblings, Richard Metcalf (Hazel) of Atlanta, GA, Diane Balent of Wyoming, PA, Thomas Metcalf and Barry Metcalf.
