He was predeceased by: his parents, Mabel Doll and Harold Doll. He is survived by: his wife Gale; his sister Doris Kinsley; his children, Linn Butler (Mike) of Blackstone, MA, Diane Royce (Peter) of Williamstown, NJ and Avon Jr. (Louie) of Tallahassee, FL.; his stepchildren, David Butz (Dana) of Stroudsburg, Dale Butz (Christie) of Stroudsburg and Daniel Butz (Sharon) of Stroudsburg; and his grandchildren, Geoff Palmer (Jenn), Chris Palmer (Staci), Matthew Royce (Stephanie), Stephanie Pizzo (Carmen), Jarrod Doll (Rachel), Logan Doll (Sarah) and Colton Doll (Grace).
