She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Jessie Kirk Bungarz (Wallace); and her siblings, Kenneth C. Bungarz, Steven F. Bungarz, Robert W. Bungarz and Cathy M. Bungarz.

She is survived by: her brother William R. (Linda S. Bungarz). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
