She was predeceased by: her mother Janice Koch. She is survived by: her father Erwin Koch; her husband Harold W. Sopak, Jr.; her children, Sandra Ann Sopak, Stacey Marie Rivera and Harold W. Sopak, III; her siblings, Michael Koch and Sharon Hertzog; her grandchildren, Felicia, Issac, Jennifer, Inyiah, Anthony, Edwin, Christopher and Sierra; and her great grandchildren, Prince, Maru and Hunter.
