She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Jerome Ramsey and Lily Pauline Ramsey (Page); and her brother Rob Ramsey. She is survived by: her children, Meggan M. Swisher (Tim Swisher) of Enola, PA and Jason Foust of Exton, PA; her grandson Jake Foust; and her siblings, Carl Ramsey of Arkansas and Connie Brazier (Tom Brazier) of Michigan.
