He was predeceased by: his parents, Jess Fred and Mary Jane "Molly" Shew Dolby; and his siblings, Russell H. Dolby and Janet E. Gray. He is survived by: his wife Shirley A. Hollenbaugh; his children, Jeffrey Dolby (Cindy) of Sligo, Laura Heasley of Strattanville, Patricia Dolby of Strattanville and Penny Mendenhall of Strattanville; and his grandsons, Douglas Heasley and Braxton Mendenhall. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
