He was predeceased by: his children, Sandy Kitchen, Cheryl and David Rosser. He is survived by: his wife Darla Rosser of Strattanville; his daughters, Cindy Meckel of Glassport and Becky Kerr of Brookville; and his brother Dick Rosser of Hadley, PA. He is also survived by four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
