He is survived by: his father William Carl Quinter of Jamestown; his girlfriend Kathy Yocca of Strattanville; his children, Kandace Diamond (Michael) of Stafford, VA, Kalee Ferguson (David) of Clarion and Billy Quinter of Clarion; his grandchildren, Ethan, Layla, Lydia, Emsley Ferguson, Myla and Kenna Diamond; and his brother Roger Quinter of Jamestown. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
