She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Harp and Edna Lyle Harp; her husband Richard "Dick" Sowers; and her siblings, Cecil, Wayne, Milton Harp and Lois Yerico.
She is survived by: her children, Dan Neiswonger of Florida, Deb Garcia of California, Dave Neiswonger (Rose) of Strattanville and Barb Wheeler (Ted) of Colorado; and her siblings, Mary McMahon (Craig) of Clarion and Doyle Harp (Betty) of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, there will be no public visitation.
