She is survived by: her stepmother Kathy Rickenbach; her son Adam Stephens (Cynthia); her stepchildren, John Stephens, Megan Stephens and Brandi Brosius (Joey); her brothers, Tim Rickenbach and Scott Rickenbach (Angela); and her former husband Jeff Stephens.
Her family suggest memorial donation be made in her memory to Tri County Animal Rescue.
