He was predeceased by: his parents, S. George Neill and Elizabeth "Libby" Neill of Montana; and his uncle Ralph of Montana. He is survived by: his son Jesse of Montana; and his siblings, Kelly Hawk (Steve), Stan (Maggie) of Montana, Lori Cotherman (Arnold), Brad (Karyn) of Montana and Joe (Brenda) of Montana. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
