He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Rainey; his children, Thomas Booth (Donna) of Virginia, Brenda Bunch (Mark) of Strattanville, Melanie McCaslin (Steve) of Knox, Gary Booth (Kathy) of Clarion, Blaine Booth (Erin) of Colorado and Chuck Booth (Angie) of New Bethlehem; his grandchildren, Madison Booth, Brandon Bunch (Steffi), Justin Bunch, Tiffany Mack (Brian), Keely McCaslin (Brent), Andrea Shawgo (Jesse), Scott Booth (Destiny), Blaine Booth (Melissa), Brett Booth (Ashley), Taylor Booth, Samantha Booth and Luke Booth; his siblings, John Booth of Clarion, Bob Booth (Joann) of Clarion, Ken Booth (Donna) of Arizona and Luella Stroup (Don) of Clarion; and his sister-in-law Ruth Booth of Strattanville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
