She was predeceased by: her husband Gerald Lee "Rip" Hoffard; her parents, Roy Zimmerman and Mary A. Mitchell Zimmerman; her sister Dorothy Raub; and her great grandchild Olivia.
She is survived by: her sons, R. Jeffrey Hoffard (Judy), Joseph Hoffard (Sachi) and Jack Hoffard (Jeanne); her grandchildren, R. Nathan, Jennifer, Jessica, Kelly, Colin, Nikolai and Tatiana; her great grandchildren, Benjamin, Gwenyth, Micah, Lewis, Jacob and Cole; and her foster sister Dolly Swift.
