He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Cushman and Mary Ruth Cushman (Hill); and his brother Garth. He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Cushman (Dunnett); his children, Karen (Gordon Pawson) of Strasburg, Kevin Cushman and Jason Cushman; and his siblings, Caldon, Barbara, James, John, Paul, Timothy and Michael. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
