She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Borst and Alice Borst (Stark); and her husband James Green. She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Montague (James) of Lititz, Pamela Ford (Michael) of Wake Forest, NC, Steven Green (Bethany) of Strasburg and Julianne Dommel (Adam) of Lancaster; her grandchildren, Donovan, Sydney, Gavin, Evelyn, Esme, Riley, Maverick, Isabelle, Caroline and Adam; and her brothers, Robert Borst (Lynn) of Lancaster and John Borst (Carol) of Strasburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Kathy's memory to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that held a special place in her heart.
