Herr (Strasburg, Pennsylvania), born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 1, 2024. She was predeceased by: her parents, Merlin Miller and Arlene Miller Moore (Tobias). She is survived by: her husband Dick (Dick); her sons, Michael L. Herr (Kimberly), Benjamin R. Herr (Christine) and Daniel J. Herr (Vanessa); her grandchildren, Tom, Nick, BaiLee, Josh, Sami, Anaiah and Emma; and her siblings, Theresa Miller, Brian Moore (Ann) and Allison Rios.
