He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hoffard (Zimmerman); his brother Barry Hoffard (Sue); his children, R. Jeffrey Hoffard (Judy), Joseph B. Hoffard (Sachi) and Jack K. Hoffard (Jeanne); his grandchildren, R. Nathan, Jennifer, Jessica, Kelly, Colin, Nikolai and Tatiana; and his great grandchildren, Benjamin, Gwenyth, Micah, Lewis, Jacob and Cole.
