He is survived by: his spouse Anna Niesley Fulton (Jovinelly); his stepchildren, Joseph Niesley (Michelle), Jillian Niesley and Philip Mershon; his grandchildren, Vivian Niesley (Vivi) and Katherine Niesley (Kate); his sisters, Charles E. Fulton (Elaine), Patricia M. Jacobs (Hank) and Margaret R. Fulton (Mike); and his nephews, Christopher Jordan (Jayce) and Douglas Fulton. He is also survived by his parents, aunts and uncles.
