He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd B. Witmer and Ruth Witmer (Herr); and his family, Norman and Raymond. He is survived by: his brothers, Dan (Barbara Cence) and Jim; his children, Douglas Witmer (Lisa Hanna) of Lancaster, Lorri (Witmer) and Dowell (Ken Dowell) of Columbia; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Olivia and Isabella; the mother of his children Renee Schuler; his close friend Donna Burkholder of Ephrata; his friend Jeff Ofredo; and also Norman.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar First Presbyterian Church of Strasburg (101 S Decatur St, Strasburg, PA 17579). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
