He was predeceased by: his stepson Thomas W. Perry; and also Linda (Reinhardt). He is survived by: his wife Ann B. Banks (Bonham); his daughters, Julie Banks of Atlanta, GA, Vicky and Carol Ann; his stepdaughter Patricia; his grandchildren, Jessica Lam, Amanda Hairston (Nick), Heather Hawkins (Steve), Annie Wickett, Jennifer Herring, Daniel Herring, Kyle Silver, Lucy Silver, Roy Perry, Tommy Perry, Jr. and Melissa Perry; and his great grandchildren, Mackenzie Carlson, Savannah Carlson, John Shirley, Katherine Perry and Preslee Perry.
