Kozak of Canonsburg; her siblings, Betty Palleria of Canonsburg, Richard "Butch" Cannon (Connie) of Canonsburg, Wayne Cannon (Linda) of Canonsburg and Marvin Cannon (Cathleen) of Canonsburg; her grandchildren, Bernie Skinner (Nicole), Jeffrey Paul Skinner (Mallory), David James Kozak (Ashley), Joshua Kozak (Cassandra), Nicole Kozak, Michael Bruce (Rachel), Charlotte Duane (Billy), Erica Taylor (Chase), Beth Ann Weinrub (Gregory), Kingly and Queenly Fung; her great grandchildren, Lawson, Beckett Skinner, Blake, Jayce Skinner, Brooklyn Kozak, Macy and Zane Bruce; her son James "Jimbo" Kozak; her siblings, Bobby Cannon, William Cannon, Judy Graff and Edith Fischer; and her great grandchild Isabelle Skinner. She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
