She is survived by: her husband Andrew S. Maceyko; her daughter Barbara Castora (David) of Claysville; her sister Patricia Oravec of Strabane; her granddaughter Jessica Warren (Steve); her great grandchildren, Gavin David and Caleb Andrew Warren; her godsons, Edward Kocian and Edward Miller; her nieces, Sharon Myers of Washington and Jennifer Myers of North Carolina; and her pets, Calli Jo and Crissy Ann.
