It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeffrey B. Kozak of Strabane, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 17, 2025, at the age of 57, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Jeffrey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard James and Nancy Jane "Nunnie" Cannon Kozak. He is survived by: his brothers, David A. Kozak (Dolly) and Donald Kozak (Lilly); his caregiver Debbie Chappo (Bernard) of Canonsburg; and his brother James "Jimbo" Kozak. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
