It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donna Lee Neil of Strabane, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 1, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ray Cuthbert and Helen Cuthbert (Reich); her husband Paul; her children, Craig (Janice) and Lisa (Brian); her grandson Logan; her sisters, Cindy (Charlie) and Joann Sayre; her siblings-in-law, Alan (Terri) and Sherri (James); and her adoptive children, Hamlet, Shadow, Cinnamon, Angel, Gomer, Scooter, Gizmo and Bandi Girl. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
