He was predeceased by : his parents, John "Jack" Minnis and Cathy Simon Minnis. He is survived by : his wife Tiffany Burgard; his daughters, Kimberleigh Minnis (Steven Wade) of Canonsburg and Emma Minnis; his grandson Dustin Phillips of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Anitra Dahl (Christopher) of Mt. Washington, KY, Mark Burgard (Rachel Lewis) of Washington and Michael Heider (Brandi) of Washington. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
