He was predeceased by: his parents, Raffaele Celio and Giovinia Teti Celio; his wife Dorothy Moze Celio; his children, Ralph Celio and Annemarie Celio; and his siblings, Joseph, Mario "Rocky", Lucien Celio and Mary Sacco.
He is survived by: his siblings, Antoinette Liberatore of Canonsburg, Jean Lucas of McMurray and Richard P. Celio (Marilyn) of Scott Twp; his grandchildren, Alicia and Hayley; and his great grandchild Anthony. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
