She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Bentz and Louise Bentz (McClellan); her husband Lindsay; and her sister Sandy Bentz. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Elissa Boyd (Christian), Bethany Delano (Brandon), Brittany Johnston (Quinton Dziabo), Jonathan Putman (Elizabeth Andrews), Kara Putman, Jann Motchenbaugh (Alan), Julie Johnson (Scott), Breann Putman (Chad Codispoti), Jarrod Putman (Stella Shaffer) and Kelli Swihura (Austin); her great grandchildren, Ayden, Maddox Boyd, Owen, Griffin Delano, Abigail, Grace Motchenbaugh and Rhett Codispoti; and her siblings, Eileen Packer and Gary Bentz (Colleen).
