He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowman S. Leverknight and Catherine Leverknight (Kimmel); his daughter Amy Niemiec; and his siblings, Anna Jane Brown (Gene), Betty Bailey (Bob), Clyde (Joann), Bob (Betty) and Jimmy Leverknight (Linda).
He is survived by: his wife Eleanor Craver; his children, Joyce Anderson (Eddie) and David Leverknight (DJ); his grandchildren, Nicole McGrogan, Justin Anderson, Mitchell and Madison Leverknight; his great grandchild Carter McGrogan; and his son-in-law Frank Niemiec.
