She was predeceased by: her parents, Allen H. George and Edna R. George (Gindlesperger); her husband Glen R. Callahan; her daughter Karen R.; and her brother Howard A. George.
She is survived by: her children, Kitty M. Callahan, Janet E. (Samuel Stroscio) and Glen Wayne Callahan (Deborah Brlansky); her granddaughters, Rosa L. (Jay Henry), Ruth E. Tuise (James Confair) and Rebecca L. (Nate Linn); her great grandchildren, Samantha, Shannon, Jaylen and Tristan; her sister-in-law Thelma; and also Rev. Charles C. Callahan Jr..
