He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Bowser and Mary Jane Bowser (Riley); and his daughter Laura Jean. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Hetzer; his sons, Leonard D. Bowser (Diane) and Daniel E. Bowser (Christine); his grandsons, Josh Bowser (Kerri), Kyle Bowser (Erika Ferrante), Christian and Micaiah Ostrander; his great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Dillon, Camren, Connor, Sophie and Hendrix; and his brother Carl Bowser.
