With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry A. Emerick of Stoystown, Pennsylvania, born in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 18, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernell Emerick and Helen M. Emerick (Bowser); and his brothers, Bernell "Joe", Marvin "Dean" and Terry Lynn Emerick.
He is survived by: his wife Rosalie G. Emerick (Harmon); his daughters, Tracey L. (Larry Faidley) of Somerset and Valerie J. (David Harvey) of Friedens; his stepgrandchildren, Lucinda (Jason Beggs), Lance Faidley (Jillian) and Landon Faidley (Lauren); his stepgreat-grandchildren, Lydia, Jasiah, Jordan Beggs, Karsen and Ryder Faidley; and his siblings, Bonnie Pugh, Barbara (Joseph Kennick), Debbie Clark and Douglas Emerick. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
